How a day works
The first day takes longer because there is no yesterday to copy. After that the app pre-fills the crew, the machines and the hours, and the foreman confirms instead of typing.
Yesterday's crew is pre-selected with the standard day's hours. Tap to add or remove a person. Tap the hours pill to change one.
Same pattern for the fleet: CAT 320, Case 580, hours each. "None today" is one tap.
One row per cost code with its unit and plan per day. A large keypad; Next moves down the list. A thin bar shows today against plan before the office sees it.
Two photos from the camera. Delay chips for weather, breakdown, waiting on others, utility conflict. Extra work with hours. Notes by voice.
One screen with a check per section. It blocks only on an empty day. A 14.5-hour shift or a quantity three times the plan gets a warning, not a wall.
The same evening
Every active job for the day. Each cost code as actual against the plan per day, with a band that carries an icon and the number, so colour is never the only signal.

Numbers above are from the demo company used in every SiteDay test, not a customer.
Every write goes to the phone's own database first, then to an outbox. Sync runs when there is signal, photos last. A day never waits on the network, and the phone keeps the last 14 days.
Every edit is a new revision with who, when, where and why. If the office and the foreman change the same day, both versions are shown side by side and a person picks. Nothing is overwritten quietly.
Each finished day renders a daily production report: quantities against plan, crew, equipment, delays, notes, photos. Emailed from the entry or automatically at a set time. The foreman can share the field copy from the phone.
Per job and week: quantities by cost code and day, labor hours by person, machine hours by machine, delays. Download as PDF or CSV. Approve the week in one action.
Approved crew hours go out as time activities against your customers, service items or classes, and employees. Quantities and equipment hours go out as CSV. A correction after export is sent as a correction, not a duplicate.
Codes are imported from your QuickBooks items or classes, or typed in. Each carries a unit (LF, CY, SY, EA) and a planned total with a plan per day. There is no built-in code list.

Each foreman logs their own entry for the day. The dashboard groups them under the job with a totals row. A foreman can also open a new job from the field; the office reconciles it later.
Getting started
There is no self-serve signup. Fuorix provisions each company by hand so the first day in the field already has the right codes and the right people.
Company, jobs, cost codes with plans, crew roster and equipment, entered with you from your QuickBooks or a spreadsheet. About an hour on a call.
A six-digit code is emailed to each foreman. The phone pulls its jobs once and stays signed in for 90 days. No passwords to hand out.
The foreman logs that day's crew, machines and quantities before leaving the site. The office sees it on the dashboard as soon as the phone finds signal.
What it does not do. SiteDay records production. It has no scheduling, no budgets and no forecasting. If you need those, this is not the tool yet.
